Abstract

Fabrication of 5mm-thick periodically poled MgO-doped LiNbO3 device with 32.1µm period was demonstrated by temperature-elevated field poling technique. The periodic-structure quality was evaluated by second-harmonic generation of 954nm using d31–coefficient.
