Green light generation by QPM SHG with Czochralski-grown stoichiometric lithium tantalate

Abstract

Using periodically-poled stoichiometric lithium tantalate, peak power of 21.6 MW/cm2 at 532 nm was achieved. A small temperature adjustment was required with 4.4 W SH power at room temperature due to its high thermal conductivity.
