Abstract
Tunable fiber Bragg gratings powered by in-fiber light have been demonstrated. Heated with in-fiber diode laser light leaked through fiber clad, Metal-coated fiber Bragg gratings show 4.9-nm resonance wavelength tuning and 6-nm chirp tuning, respectively.
