Polymer-Fullerene Photovoltaics with Concentration Gradients Induced by Thermally-Controlled Interdiffusion

Abstract

The morphology of organic photovoltaic composites containing a semiconducting polymer and fullerene is controlled by thermally-inducing interdiffusion in an initial bilayer structure. The resultant concentration gradient structure yields efficient charge transfer and charge transport.
