Photoluminescence properties of CdS-ZnO nanocomposite thin films

Abstract

We discuss preparation and photoluminescence properties of CdS-ZnO nanocomposite thin films. Composite material is found to have higher photoluminescence yield and spatial coherence compared to the nanoparticle thin films of CdS and ZnO.
