Generation Dynamics of High Order Harmonics in a Selfguided Beam

Abstract

We report on high order harmonics generation by a self-guided Ti:Sa pulse propagating in static gas cell. Plasma fluorescence observation and 3D model calculations demonstrate the selfguided beam formation and explain the harmonics generation dynamics.
