Cavity enhanced few-cycle THz generation and coherent spectroscopy

Abstract

Photoconductive Terahertz emitters with integrated Bragg mirrors are presented which show increased THz emission efficiency due to cavity enhanced absorption. These emitters also allow intracavity THz generation in mode-locked Ti:Sapphire lasers.
