Abstract

We demonstrate OPO using periodically-poled MgO-doped near-stoichiometric LiTaO3. The tuning ranges of signal and idler waves were 1.53-1.63 µm and 3.06-3.49 µm, respectively. We obtained 65% slope efficiency and the maximum output power of 628 mW at 1.1 W pumping
