Abstract

Two-stage OPA has been realized in single PPKTP crystal producing 1.04mJ, 5ns pulses at 1535nm in a diffraction-limited beam. The peak power of 204kW enabled generating broadband nanosecond pulses in 5m of single-mode fiber.
