3.6-TW Laser System Based on Optical Parametric Chirped Pulse Amplification

Abstract

A compact 3.6TW/155fs laser system based on optical parametric chirped pulse amplification is demonstrated. The pulses were amplified from 20pJ to 900mJ. After compression, a final output of 570mJ/155fs was obtained.
