Abstract

Tunable, coherent THz-wave sources have attracted much attention for the development of THz-wave applications such as molecular spectroscopy, radio astronomy, and so on. A THz parametric oscillator (TPO)1-2 has several useful features such as small size, high conversion efficiency, wide tunability, and high coherency.
