Abstract
We discovered that if the supercurrent is modulated by femtosecond laser pulses that have a sufficient high speed, as in the case of the photoconductive antenna, the ultrashort electromagnetic (EM) pulses with several hundreds femtoseconds time width can be emitted from high-Tc superconductors (HTSs).1
