Abstract

We report on the performance of a pulsed, intracavity difference frequency mixing optical parametric oscillator (DFM OPO) which uses two phase-matched gratings poled on a single piece of LiNbO3, for a two stage conversion process that can produce two idler photons for each converted pump photon.
