Two-photon imaging with 15-fs pulses and third-harmonic microscopy imaging techniques

Abstract

In order to fully characterize the field at the focus of a high numerical aperture (NA) system for applications in multiphoton microscopy, we have used 15-fs pulses to probe the spatiotemporal aberrations of these systems.
