Abstract
Ultra-high-speed optical techniques may offer advantages over traditional electrical techniques in the generation of high bit rate, high fractional bandwidth radio frequency (RF) signals. For example, low timing jitter 100 optical dock streams can be generated by use of 20 G Hr. electrical drive components.1
