Abstract
Three main configurations are actually used for photorefractive crystal (PRC) based adaptive detection of ultrasound vibrations of real, diffusely scattering objects. They are the scheme with phase-conjugated wave,1 two-wave mixing configuration,2 and the configuration based on the nonsteady-state photoelectromotive force (EMF).3
