Fast operation of GaAs based adaptive photodetectors in visible light

Abstract

Three main configurations are actually used for photorefractive crystal (PRC) based adaptive detection of ultrasound vibrations of real, diffusely scattering objects. They are the scheme with phase-conjugated wave,1 two-wave mixing configuration,2 and the configuration based on the nonsteady-state photoelectromotive force (EMF).3
