Abstract
We demonstrate optical biopsy of architectural and cellular pathology of human tissues in vitro by using optical coherence tomography (OCT). Techniques for confocal microscopy using OCT, as well as dual-wavelength (805 and 1300 nm) and ultrahigh resolution (4 μm) imaging, are reported.
