Abstract

Waves interactions in photorefractive crystals are investigated mostly for either cw or single short-pulse illumination. At the same time the most interesting applications of PR crystals in information processing imply periodic change of registering interference pattern. Besides that the most efficient commercial lasers are now operating in periodic pulses regime. This is why we decided to look for some specific effects which could be connected to strobed character of radiation in temporal domain.
