Abstract

The development of frequency doubling devices utilizing organic materials has reached a competitive stage. In this paper the design of a practical Cerenkov type crystal cored fiber device is discussed and results using the organic material 3,5-dimethyl-1-(4-nitrophenyl) pyrazole1 (DMNP) are presented.
