Abstract

The Garpun¹ excimer module with active volume of 18 × 20 × 100 cm³ transversely pumped by two-side electron beams is designed both as an amplifier of short UV laser pulses of nanosecond to subpicosecond duration and as a high-peak power narrowband laser for Ramart converter pumping.
