Abstract

Nano-sized silicon powders were synthesized by laser-induced chemical vapor deposition, and the particle size is 10-20 nm. By rising ethanol, deionized water, and carbon tetrachloride, respectively, as the suspending agent, the nano-sized silicon particles were dispersed in the suspending agent to obtain the nano-sized silicon suspensoid; the concentration is ~9 × 10-4 M.
