Abstract

Recently, linear arrays composed of 3000 individual p-i-n photodiodes have been developed on lattice mismatched InP/InGaAs/InP heterostructures for space applications (for example, on IR camera for the SPOT 4 satellite). These have already been described in our previous publications. 1,2
