Abstract

Second-harmonic generation (SHG) using periodically poled waveguide in LiNbO3 for quasiphase matching (QPM) is of considerable interest to achieve high SHG conversion efficiency.1,2 In practice, however, it is difficult to achieve a high conversion efficiency because the tolerance of the OPM is very severe.
