Abstract

In this paper we report on the design of an optoelectronic module comprising an array of 16 individually addressable, monolithically integrated laser diodes (LDs), an array of 16 individual photodetectors for each LD, a thermoelectric cooler, and a thermal sensor. We also analyze the optoelectronic module's radiative characteristics.
