Abstract

The design of a resonator for an e-beam pumped, injection-controlled XeF (CA) laser1 with particular regard to the divergence of the laser output is reported. Various resonators, including off-axis configurations, were tested for beam divergence and output energy. Experimental results were confirmed by numerical modeling.2
