Abstract

From the point of view of their gain, adaptive optical systems (AOSs) are always equivalent to such an AOS in which a certain number n of random parameters (ξ1, ξ2,…, ξn) = ξ, depending on the input field, are measured while the field transfer function K of this system depends on ξ.
