Abstract
In 1976 Polloni1 reported an N2 laser design where the electrical setup (charge and excitation circuits) presented the advantage that the transmission line was charged only for a few tens of a nanosecond before the laser pulse. This model gave a 0.075% efficiency value, lower than the 1 % reported by Godard.2
