Abstract
A state-of-the-art high-density optical disk has pregrooves on its surface which are carved prior to the data-write process to ease the complex read out head-tracking control. Therefore, precise parameter control for the high-density pregroove structure (pitch, width, arid depth) Is indispensable in the disk mass production process for a reliable disk memory operation.
