Plasmadynamic recombination laser

Abstract

A possibility of a recombination plasma laser was first proposed by Gudzenko and Shelepin.1 in such a laser, population inversions of electronic states of atoms or ions occur during electron-ion recombination processes in a nonequilibrium dense plasma.
