Deep-learning light-field microscopy with improved resolution and reconstruction speed

Abstract

We demonstrate a deep-learning based light-field microscopy method, which achieves greatly improved spatial resolution and video-rate reconstruction throughput, thereby allowing sustained volumetric recording of fast biological dynamics at high spatiotemporal resolution.
