Functional connectivity changes from transcranial infrared laser stimulation measured by functional near-infrared spectroscopy

Abstract

Functional near-infrared spectroscopy measured the alterations in functional connectivity from non-invasive transcranial photobiomodulation with a 1064-nm continuous-wave laser on eighteen adults. These results indicate improved functional connectivity after laser stimulus exposure.
