NIRSplot: A Tool for Quality Assessment of fNIRS Scans

Abstract

For a rapid and intuitive visual assessment of the quality of functional near infrared spectroscopy scans, we developed a software tool that automatically identifies entire optical channels or time intervals with compromised optical signals.
