Fluorescence Image Contrast Improvement by a Time-domain Method

Abstract

We have demonstrated a time gate method to enhance the contrast of fluorescence image from an indocyanine green target embedded in a tissue-simulating phantom and discussed the applicability in real time clinical applications.
