Abstract
Using in vivo nonlinear microscopy, we found 2% of brain capillaries were occluded by an adhered leukocyte in Alzheimer’s disease mice. Blocking this adhesion eliminated these stalls, improved brain blood flow by 30%, and restored spatial memory.
