Fast Volumetric Calcium Imaging Across Multiple Cortical Layers and in Whole-brains Using Sculpted Light

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Light sculpting enables unbiased in vivo calcium imaging volumetric calcium imaging of mouse cortical column (0.5mm × 0.5mm × 0.5mm) at single-cell resolution and 3Hz volume rate.
