Sculpted Light Microscopy for High-Speed Imaging of Neuronal Activity

Abstract

We present and discuss new directions in the emerging technique of light-sculpting microscopy and its application to high-speed calcium imaging that allow maximizing the obtainable volume speeds and depth penetration for different experimental conditions.
