Brain-wide charting of neuronal activation maps with cellular resolution

Abstract

Charting neuronal activation with single-cell resolution on a brain-wide scale is a crucial step towards a comprehensive view of brain function. Here we present a method to localize individual activated neurons across entire mouse brains.
