Endoscopic detection of dysplasia in patients with Barrett's esophagus using fluorescence and reflectance spectroscopies

Abstract

We combine fluorescence and reflectance spectroscopies to obtain detailed information about the biochemical and morphological state of tissue. This information can be used for the detection of dysplasia in Barrett's esophagus.
