Spectrophotometry for the Assessment of Pigmented Skin Lesions.

Abstract

Optical reflectance spectra (320- 1 100nm) have been obtained from 121 skin lesions. Features correlated with histology correctly classified 73% benign naevi and 100% malignant melanoma.
