Simultaneous Axial Multiline Scanning Imaging by Remote Focusing

Abstract

We propose a simultaneous axial imaging in single detector by remotely reflecting different axial planes using a stepwise mirror. We demonstrated the system achieved imaging two axial planes of a mouse brain slice simultaneously.
