In vivo Imaging Flow Cytometry of Human Leukocytes

Abstract

According to size and intensities of leukocytes in third-harmonic-generation microscopy, we differentiate and count neutrophils, monocytes, and lymphocytes both ex vivo and in vivo. Results agreed well with those of conventional blood tests.
