Dynamic control over field of view in polygon mirror-based laser scanning multiphoton microscope

Abstract

For the first time, a polygon-mirror laser scanning microscope is engineered to provide rapid changes in the field of view to achieve vector scanning and also ultrafine pixel resolution (50 nm) without increasing the overall acquisition rate.
