Fibre-coupled handheld multiphoton microscope with active motion compensation for in vivo skin imaging

Abstract

To address the challenge of sample motion during in vivo imaging, we present a handheld multiphoton microscope with active motion compensation. We demonstrate the system's ability to compensate motion in ex vivo mouse skin.
