Imaging Nuclear Architecture at the Nanoscale for Cancer Detection and Prognosis

Abstract

We present a new method for depth-resolved nuclear architecture mapping of unstained tissue and cells by measuring the nanoscale changes of local optical pathlength difference within the cell nucleus to detect early-stage cancer development.
