Optical immunoassay protocols using functionalized nanoprobes

Abstract

We review our recent works on optical immunoassay protocols using functionalized nanoprobes. Surface enhanced Raman scattering and fluorescence characterization indicate the high specificity, improved sensitivity, excellent multiplexing ability and potential future applications of these immunoassays.
