Abstract

Among various superresolution methods, RESOLFT nanoscopy has advantages in compatibility with live cell imaging via utilization of genetically encoded reversely-switchable fluorescent proteins (rsFPs). Recent developments in rsFPs allow nanoscopy in living cells at high speed.
