Object adapted optical trapping and super-resolution imaging of energy switching helical bacteria

Abstract

In this talk I will show how an ultra-small bacterium can be trapped by a time-multiplexed optical trap. Nanometer precise shape tracking of the quickly deforming bacterium enables 3D super resolved images at 800 Hz.
