Abstract

A transportable quantum cascade laser based breath analyzer using dual-modulation Faraday rotation spectroscopy for detection of nitric oxide isotopes is reported. Sensitivities of 0.49 ppbv/Hz1/2 for 15NO and 3.59 ppbv/Hz1/2 for 14NO have been achieved.
