Speckle Detection and Reduction in Fourier-Domain OCT Images

Abstract

We presented a new speckle detection and reduction method using phase-domain information of OCT signals. Speckle noise was reduced by adjusting the speckles and wavelet shrinkage. Good improvement of image quality was observed.
