Velocimetric 3D Imaging of Cerebral Blood Flow with Extended-Focus Optical Coherence Microscopy

Abstract

We demonstrate 3D velocimetry of blood flow in the mouse brain with extended-focus optical coherence microscopy (xfOCM). xfOCM combines multiplexed depth acquisition with a resolution and penetration comparable to two-photon microscopy.
